Technical supervision division was launched on 4 th of April 2002. The staff of this division is capable of carrying out technical supervision of construction sites qualified as transport communications such as entire range roads, streets, pedestrian paths, including those engineering structures and buildings designed as a facility to mentioned above.

The staff is highly skilled and has certificates as specified in Technical Regulations STR 1.02.06: 2002.
